You are delivered within minimum 2 working days at the doorstep/entrance of the building from Monday to Friday during the day. Absent during delivery?  With the notice of passage deposited in your mailbox you can pick up your parcel at the pick-up point closest to you.


Delivery to Europe



Bpost/DHL – from 8,07 €

You are delivered within minimum 3 to 4 working days at the doorstep/pied of the building from Monday to Friday during the day. Absent during delivery?  With the pass notice deposited in your mailbox you canpick up your package at the nearest pick-up point.


You are delivered by a DHL Express carrier within minimum 1 working day (some clusters can be delivered in 2 or 3 working days). Delivery at the doorstep/entrance of the building from Monday to Friday during the day. In case of absence at the delivery time, the carrier will represent itself as soon as the next business day. You can plan your delivery with On Demand Delivery by DHL Express.

Delivery time

The delivery time is calculated from the time your order is transferred to our carrier, only after receiving your order confirmation and payment and only if all the goods are available. This is calculated in working days, which excludes holidays and weekends. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

Orders up to 500 € placed on a business day before 12:00 p.m. can be shipped the same day. Orders placed on a public holiday day, weekend or after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Orders over 500 € must be placed at least 72 hours before shipping. For an order for seasonal products (e.g. Christmas or Easter), please contact us by email beforehand to check availability.

When the temperature is above 22°c in Belgium or in the country of destination, we only ship via DHL Express to countries outside Belgium to keep the delivery time as short as possible and to guarantee the freshness of our products. We never ship on Thursdays (except BE, NL & LU) and Fridays because we cannot control the temperature in our carrier's warehouse during the weekend.

Countries delivered

Delivery of your order is provided by DHL Express or Bpost. We deliver exclusively to Europe. If you can't find your country in the drop-down list when confirming your order, please contact us so we can check if it's possible to deliver you and under what conditions.

Delivery tracking

As soon as you order out of our shop, you receive an email from the provider who delivers your parcel. You will then be able to track your delivery at any time.

Packages conditioning

We take the care by packing your order so that it is protected from the vagaries of transport. However, for chocolate subjects, we are not responsible for the breakage during transport. No compensation can be sought.
