Delivery
All our orders are carefully prepared in our shop in Lillois and shipped from Belgium.
Free delivery from €50 to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

Rates per order, VAT included. You choose your carrier, bpost or DPD, when placing your order. Free delivery applies from €50 of purchases (product amount, VAT included), for both home delivery and pickup point delivery.
Home delivery
Delivered to your door, Monday to Friday during the day. Not at home at the time of delivery? With the delivery notice, you can collect your parcel at the nearest pickup point.
Pickup point delivery
Choose the nearest pickup point when ordering (in Belgium, also a bpost parcel locker). You receive an e-mail or text message as soon as your parcel is ready, and you have 7 days to collect it.
Express delivery – DHL Express
Available to all of Europe except Belgium. The price is calculated in your basket based on destination and weight. Your parcel is delivered to your door 1 to 2 working days after shipping, Monday to Friday. You can plan your delivery with On Demand Delivery by DHL Express.
Delivery time
Your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier on the working day following your order, once your payment is received and if all products are available. It is then delivered:
• Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg : 1 working day after shipping
• France and Germany : 2 to 4 working days after shipping
Delivery times are counted in working days: no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Orders over € 500 must be placed at least 72 hours before the desired shipping date. For a large order of seasonal products (Christmas, Easter…), please contact us by e-mail beforehand to check availability.
Easter, Saint Nicholas and Christmas
To receive your order on time, please order no later than 5 working days before the D Day.
Corporate orders (ex : end-of-year gifts): no later than 18 March for easter, 25 November for Saint Nicholas and 15 December for Christmas, via b2b@leonidas-delices.com.
Chocolate and hot weather
When the temperature exceeds 22 °C in Belgium or in the destination country, we do not ship on Thursdays (except to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) or on Fridays, so that your parcel never spends a weekend in a warehouse without temperature control. For shipments outside the Benelux, we then recommend DHL Express.
Delivery countries
We deliver exclusively within Europe, with Bpost, DPD and DHL Express. Your country is not in the list when confirming your order? Contact us and we will check whether and under which conditions we can deliver to you.
Track your delivery
As soon as your order leaves our shop, you receive an e-mail from the carrier so you can track your delivery at any time.
Packaging
We pack your order with the greatest care to protect it during transport. However, we are not responsible for breakage of chocolate figures during transport, and no compensation can be claimed for it.

Your parcel has not been delivered or is damaged? Contact us right away via the contact form and we will find a solution as quickly as possible. Our customer service is available Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
