How do I know if my order is validated?

As soon as your order is placed, you receive a confirmation email. You can also find all the information about your order in the "My Account" section.

What do you do with my personal data?

We keep them in our customer database so we can serve you better on your next orders. However, you can change them at any time in the "My Account" section or request that they ae deleted by contacting our customer service.

How do I order from your webshop?

You can place your orders directly through our online store at www.leonidas-delices.com. We offer different product categories such as boxes, chocolate bars and bars, confectionery and gift boxes. Once you've made your selection and the products added to your cart, you can confirm your order by following the steps listed.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes, it is possible. If you wish, this  option appears in the basket. You'll find a "Gift Option" button. You will then be able to introduce your message for each article.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept different bank cards: Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, we invite you to email us at the following address: info@leonidas-delices.com by mentioning your order number. If your order is already shipped, it will not be possible to change or cancel it.

Are payments secure?

All payments made on our online store are secure thanks to the Ingenico online payment service. All information that passes through Ingenico is encrypted according to a protocol that relies on the highest level of protection currently available. Your credit card number is not kept.

Can I pay online and pick up my order in-store?

When confirming your order, choose the address of one of our stores for a withdrawal. This is completely free but you must leave at least 1 hour for us to prepare your order.

DELIVERY

How are your products transported?

Your order is packaged in insulated packaging to ensure a temperature between 15°C and 20°C for up to 72 hours, so that it retains its full quality. We add a coolpack to your order as soon as the temperature in Brussels or at the destination address exceeds 25°C.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are estimated to be between 24 hours and 72 hours for the whole of Europe. The delay depends on the carrier and is indicated at the time of order confirmation.

What if I'm away on delivery day?

As soon as the order has left our shop, you receive a confirmation mail to send with the tracking number. If the recipient of the order is absent during delivery, a notice of passage is deposited in the mailbox. Depending on the carrier, either the carrier represents itself the next day, or the recipient will have to pick up the package at the address indicated on the notice of passage or on the order follow-up.

Can I get an invoice on behalf of my company?

We put a proforma invoice in each of our packages. This invoice can be downloaded from "My Account". If you want to receive a VAT invoice, simply the checkbox when you pay for your order and the invoice will be automatically attached to your parcel.

I didn't find a country in the list of delivery countries?

At the moment we only deliver the countries listed in the drop-downlist in the basket. Don't hesitate to email us at info@leonidas-delices.com to find out the availability of our products in a specific country.

Do you deliver to the United States?

Currently we do not ship to the United States due to restrictions regarding the import of chocolate on American territory. We hope to be able to offer this destination soon.

How should chocolate be preserved?

We recommend keeping our chocolates in a cool space between 15°C and 20°C. However, if you don't have space for this temperature, you can keep them in the coldest area of your refrigerator and leave them in their original packaging. Avoid exposing them to heat and then putting them back in the fridge, chocolate hates temperature shocks.

What is the deadline for your chocolates to be consumed?

The DLUO (Optimal Use Limit Date) is shown on each of our products. It can vary between 1 and 12 months, depending on the type of product. For boxes, we recommend eating them within a month in order to keep all the flavor of our products.

What is the origin of your products?

All of our Leonidas products are manufactured in the manufacturing workshop of the Leonidas Confectionery S.A. located on Boulevard Jules Graindor, 41-43 to 1070 Brussels. We are delivered every week to guarantee fresh products. Leonidas works on chocolate supplied by Barry Callebaut according to his own selection criteria. Cocoa beans come mainly from Ghana and Ivory Coast.

Are your Leonidas pralines/chocolates kosher?  

No, but a selection of our products are certified kosher. More information about kosher products can be available on this page.

Can there be allergens in your products?

All Leonidas products are made in the same place, so they may contain traces of allergens even though they would not initially contain any. More information about allergens can be available on this page.

Do you offer low-fat sugars products?

We offer the boxes of assorted low-fat sugars chocolates consisting of 5 types of pralines/chocolates where added sugar has been replaced by maltitol and sorbitol. Note that the sugar naturally present in cocoa has not been removed.

Is animal gelatin used in your Leonidas products?

No animal gelatin is used in Leonidas products. For fruit pasta it is the fruit pectin that is used and for the Lemon and Orange Half-slices, it is Agar Agar.
